The luxury resort, Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay will soon be breaking ground in Turks and Caicos. The luxury resort with residences is a one-of-a-kind offering as it rests on the famed Grace Bay Beach. This beach in particular is frequently recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, according to Forbes.
Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay offers a five-star experience, developed by Vista Development Ltd., and designed by RAD Architecture Inc. The resort features 59 hotel suites, as well as 74 luxury residences, all spread out amongst 5 ½ acre property with a large variety of amenities. The Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay will become one of the premiere flagship residential properties in the Caribbean with an Andaz-brand, which is a global luxury boutique hotel management company that is a subsidiary of Hyatt Hotels Corp.

The exterior design of the resort is primarily focused on a modern/contemporary timeless vibe that maximizes views in every aspect of the resort. The resort consist of two buildings: one for the 59-key hotel and the other building for the 74-unit branded residences, with co-located amenities. The residences will be interspersed throughout the resort, and will include lock-off bedrooms to amplify rental income and flexibility. “We are offering some of the most unique Penthouse units to be found in the Caribbean as well as one-of-a-kind end-building units,” McDonald explains.” Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay will feature beachfront living juxtaposed with chic, modern, and sophisticated style.”
The residences within the resort range in size from studios to penthouses with four bedrooms. Each residence ranges in price from $475,000 to $8.5 million. Three penthouses at the Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay are exceptionally unique, offering rooftop decks, outdoor living spaces, outdoor showers, and plunge pools. All suites also feature jaw-dropping ocean views that without a doubt complete the phenomenal lifestyle experience.
The interior of the resort is being designed by Fort Lauderdale-based Modus Operandi A+D Inc., which will set the Andaz brand apart as a global trend-setter in locally inspired modern and contemporary luxury, as it will be finished in the vibrant, chic style.
“Design will be further influenced by the cultural legacy of the Caribbean – a true melting pot of African, European, and, occasionally, Asian influences,” says John Fair.
Amenities featured at the Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay include a full-service spa, fitness studio (with classes), an outdoor yoga studio, tennis, water sports, health and wellness activities, a kid’s club and several swimming pools. Golfers can also enjoy an 18-hole golf course in close proximity to the property. Four restaurants and four bars will also be accessible on the property including a destination evening restaurant and destination bar that will have one of the best sunset views on the island, according to Forbes.
