A friend at at Red 8 and told me it was really good. Since I love Chinese food, and I’m always searching for the best, I decided to give it a try.
I was especially tough to please at that time because I had just returned from China, and I was spoiled on authentic Chinese food. Everything in the U.S. now just tasted so processed and bland.
But Red 8 was a real surprise. Their Barbecue combo was pretty authentic. The big differences are that the chicken is served cold in China, and it still has bones. So, I actually prefer Red 8. I rather it be warm and boneless.
Red 8 also has a great selection of dim sum. But it’s not the main thing to go there for.
If you’re looking for a good Chinese place, and you’re near the Wynn, check out Red 8.
