UFC Fighter Jon Fitch Fired for Not Signing Away Rights for Video Games

Jon Fitch, a UFC Fighter was fired by The Ultimate Fighting Champions upon his refusal to sign off for a lifetime on the use of his image so that the images could be utilized in UFC themed games manufactured by THQ.   Fitch asserted that he believed it was ludicrous to be expected to sign off his rights for an entire lifetime.   Fitch and others have been dismissed when refusing to consent to the contract.   Later, Fitch decided to give in and to sign away his rights.
