The Moaners are a Blues/Experimental/Rock group from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Band members consist of Melissa Swingle and Laura King. Melissa Swingle was once a member of Trailer Bride, while Laura King was the drummer for the Chapel Hill band Grand National. This group’s releases include Dark Snack (2005), and Blackwing Yalobusha (2007). Record labels include Yep Rock.
