The Heavy is an Indie/Rock band hailing from Bath, England. Members include Chris Ellul, Spencer Page, Kelvin Swaby, and Dan Taylor. The band released two singles before releasing the LP Great Vengeance and Furious Fire in 2007. This group was identified as the Artist of the Day in Spin Magazine in April 2008.
