The Baptist Generals, from Denton, Texas, are an Indie Rock/Folk band which first formed in 1998. The band was started by Chris Flemmons and Steve Hill for beer money. Steve Hills has since left the group. The group released an EP consisting of nine songs called Dog, and an LP entitled No Silver/No Gold in the year 2003.
