Navel is a Rock/Alternative group hailing from Erschwil, Switzerland. Band members include Jari Altermatt (guitar, vocals), Michi Christ (bass), and Steve Valentin (drums). Releases include Keep Me Dry (2008), Debut Frozen Souls (2008), Somehow (2008), Vomiting (2007), as well as Forsaken Speech (2006). Record labels include the Louisville Records label.
