My Education is an Alternative/Ambient/Rock group from Austin, Texas. This band started in 1999 and includes Brian Purington (Guitar), Chris Hackstie (Guitar), Scott Telles (Bass), Chris Stelly (Drums), Kirk Laktas (Piano/Keyboards), James Alexander (Viola), Sarah Norris (Vibraphone), and Henna Chou (Cello). Releases include Bad Vibrations (2008), and Moody Dipper (2006), among others.
