Joseph Israel is a Gospel/Reggae/Rock performer from Ukia, California; he is the former founder and member of a band called Kepha. Releases include Gone Are the Days (2006) and Restore Humanity (2007): both under Universal Enterprises record label, as well as Ruff Times (2007) under the Lions of Israel label.
