I Am David Sparkle is from Singapore which came together in the year 2001; this group works as an instrumental collective. The band derives its name from the translation of the Malaysian singer M. Daud Kilau. Present members include Amran Khamis (guitars, effects, keys), Johnny Mo (guitars, beats, keys), Farizwan Fajari (bass), and Zahir Sanosi (drums, percussion).
