On the morning of December 8, a woman in Lynn Haven, FL awoke to find her two-year old daughter lying on the floor of her bedroom, dead. The neighbors called the police when Haleigh‘s mother, Jessica Krusl, came running out of her house screaming. The toddler had been severely beaten with such horrific injuries that the medical examiner was having difficulties determining the exact cause of death.
Police investigators questioned Krusl’s live-in boyfriend in the death when they noticed that there was evidence of an attempt to clean up the crime scene and learned that Dennis PeeWee Creamer had left the home before the discovery of the body by his girlfriend. Creamer first told police that the toddler had hurt herself in an accidental fall but when police demonstrated that the injuries could not have come from a fall, he confessed to them that he had beaten Haleigh in the night.
Creamer was arrested and held without bail on charges of murder and aggravated child abuse. The police have not yet ruled out the possibility of charging the mother but are still investigating. According to the medical examiner, it is possible that the child was either unconscious or unable to breathe after the first blow so she may not have cried out while her mother slept.

Jessica was a great mother. she trusted someone she thought she loved that could happen to neone because you never really no any one. yeah he helped take care of haleigh we all thought he loved her and look what that monster did that mother fucker will root in hell….fuck his family and anyone that is envoled with them hell get what he deserves

Where did Judge Costello get her JD? I feel like aside from the murder of this child that the biggest insult to this little victim was not in not giving Dennis Creamer the death penalty but in making the statement that while this crime may have been “Heinous, Atrocious or Cruel, it was not tortuous, nor done to intentionally inflict pain" One does not accidently comit this crime. I also feel that the mother of this child should be held accountable for child endangerment if she was using drugs, and shacking up with the person who murdered her daughter. My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to the ones who really loved but couldn't protect this precious toddler and then were further insulted by the presiding judge over her murder case.
I do not support the death penalty. But I would say if you’re going to give it to anyone, a person convicted of killing a child would be the best fit.
