The Arkells is a Canadian rock/soul/alternative rock group from Hamilton, Ontario. The band came together in 2006 after meeting at McMaster University. Members include Max Kerman — vocals/guitar, Mike DeAngelis — guitarist/vocals, Dan Griffin — keyboards/guitar/vocals, Nick Dika – bassist, and Tim Oxford – drums. Two years later, this band was signed by Dine Alone Records.
