Acoustik Wire is a band that got its beginnings in 1983 when Sotiris Zisis, (bass player), and Elias Zaikos created the Blues Gang; the band was later renamed to Blues Wire in 1985. This band was the first Grecian blues band, and this band has previously opened for Otis Rush and the Fabulous Thunderbirds.
