The Perpetrators is a Blues/Garage/Rock group from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Band members include Jason “Howik” Nowicki (guitars, vocals, bass, drums), Ryan “ODL” Menard (bass, vocals, guitar), and Scotty “Rollin” Hills (drums, vocals, guitar). Releases include Live at the High & Lonesome Club (2008), Tow Truck (2007), The Gas and the Clutch (2005), and The Perpetrators (2003).
