Kim Beggs, from Whitehorse, Yukon, is a performer that focuses on the Country/Folk /Roots Music genres. Begg’s first song was “Lowdown,” and her first album appearing in 2004 was entitled Streetcar Heart, followed by Wanderer’s Paean. She has been the Western Canadian Music Award 2007 Nominee for Outstanding Solo Roots Album, among many other awards.
