Some old judge, who I assume never heard the term blog before this case, decided that Sen. Mike DeWine’s former counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Robert Steinbuch, can sue Jessica Cutler for talking about sex with him on her blog.
It should be noted that she only used his initials, but of course people were able to piece this together. And of course the guy was married.
But, Steinbuch didn’t really have much of a victory. The judge ruled that Steinbuch had 1 year from the posting of the articles to file action, which he did not. Most likely because he was married.
So I guess we should all be considerate of the married people we sleep with, and not blog about them. Yet another wonderful example of the impeccable character of some of our nations leaders. If this guys would just get caught smoking pot and dodging the draft, we could make him president!

Still bullshit that he tried to sue her for a blog where she just posted the truth about a relationship she was having.
